Silver Membership
To become a Silver Member the customer must have the following:

Black Membership

The following gives an outline regarding how Club points can be earned while shopping at Hellodeal.com:
- You will earn 1.8 Club Points* for every 100 taka you spend on Hellodeal.

- You will get 300 club points when someone place an order after sign up in Hellodeal using your link/code. Applicable for first successful delivered order only.
My Order
You will not be able to cancel the order from your end. You have to share the order number and cancellation reason through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket and we will cancel the order.
Upon placing the order, you will receive a text message and an email with your order number, and a call for the verification of the Order.
We will attempt twice to confirm your order and if you miss the call then you can contact our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat or Support Ticket to confirm the order. If your order is already canceled then you have to place a new order form your end.
No. You only pay what you see. However, if you choose home delivery then you shall have to pay an additional charge for the delivery. And if you also request Installation or fitting of the ordered product, then such shall carry a small installation or fitting charge.
To place an order you have to visit our website. Then search your desired product, select the color and click ‘Buy Now’.
Update your Name, Contact Number, Address and Select payment method. We have Cash on Delivery (above BDT 500), bKash, Online Payment & EMI as payment method. You can also avail Card on delivery facility (inside Dhaka Metro City only).

If you want to make the payment online then you have to place a new order from your end. You can reorder from ‘My Orders‘. If required we can place a new order from our side if you want to avail Cash on delivery (Amount above BDT 500) or Card on delivery facility (Inside Dhaka Metro Only).

Payment
You can make payment using only VISA/Master card of Dutch Bangla Bank but we do not accept the Nexus card.
We are providing the Card on delivery facility inside Dhaka metro city* only. Our rider will take the payment with the POS machine while delivering the product. You have to make the payment first after that our rider will handover the product.
For bKash payment:
• You can make the payment manually to our merchant number ‘019……’.
• Make the payment using ‘Payment’ Option.
• Use your order number as a reference.
• Share the transaction number, bKash wallet number, and amount with us after making a successful payment.
For Online payment:
• You will not be able to make the online payment manually. If the online payment is unsuccessful, you have to place a new order with successful online payment.
We are unable to provide Cash on delivery or Card on delivery facility with all of your products. We ask for the advance payment for security purposes because of the product price or size.
Currently, you will not be able to make the payment using ‘Rocket’ account. We accept only bKash payment.
We have Cash on Delivery (above BDT 500), bKash, Nagad, Online Payment (VISA/MASTER/AMEX) & EMI as payment method. You can also avail Card on delivery facility (inside Dhaka Metro City only).
You can avail cash on delivery facility (any where is Bangladesh) if the grand total of your order is above BDT 500.
Currently, we are unable to provide cash on delivery facility if the grand total of your order is below BDT 500. You have to make the payment in advance through bKash, Nagad or online.
EMI
If the EMI is not activated within 10 working days of the EMI form submission date, the customer must inform Pickaboo regarding the issue.
If the issue is older than 60 days, Pickaboo will not be liable for any additional charges.
There is no timeline to submit the EMI form but we ask the customers to submit the EMI form within the 15 working days of the transaction date. If the bank charges for delayed submission Pickaboo will not be liable.
- The full amount of the order will be frozen from your Credit by Online Payment (or Card on Delivery, Only inside Dhaka).
- We will send the EMI form with your product or via email.
- You must Sign and Complete the EMI form and submit it at Pickaboo within 3 working days.
- Once Pickaboo receives this signed document from the customer, then it shall be submitted to the concerned bank to commence the EMI process.
- The EMI processing will be handled by the bank itself *. After 10 working days, your bank will convert this into EMI.
- From your next billing cycle, you will be charged the EMI amount and your credit limit will be reduced by the outstanding amount.
The bank does not charge the convenience fee directly from the customer. They charge the amount from the merchant. If we have any offer of 0% convenience then you will be able to get free EMI with no extra charge (as per offered tenure).
You will be able to avail EMI facility if the grand total of your order is over BDT 5,000 but you will not get 0% EMI facility. You have to pay convenience fees.
Inside Dhaka metro city you can avail card on delivery facility.
For outside Dhaka, you have to make the full payment online (Using your credit card) and the convenience fees using bKash.
EMI facilities are only available for products which costs over BDT 5,000.
Yes, you can. The maximum offered tenure will be applicable for the whole order. If 0% EMI is not available with any of the items then you have to pay the convenience fee.
A convenience fee is an amount you add to the purchase price. The customer pays this fee in return for being able to get EMI facility. Convenience fees are charged by businesses to cover the cost they pay to payment processing companies for when a customer pays by credit card.
EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) is one of the payment methods of online shopping, only for the customers using any of the accepted Credit Cards on Hellodeal.com.* It allows customers to pay for their ordered products in easy equal monthly installments.*
Yes, you can. For that, you have to communicate with your concerned bank.
After receiving the EMI form we will forward it to our concern team to do further process and then they will submit the EMI form to the bank and the EMI will be activated within 10 working days from the submission date.

You can avail EMI facility only with a credit card. Currently, we have EMI facility with a credit card of 31 banks. You will not be able to avail EMI facility without a credit card.
Refund
Once we complete the refund process we close the order from our end. The refund takes time to transfer from our bank to your bank. You can send an email to your bank informing them that you did not receive the refund amount yet.
Before delivery:
You can claim the refund anytime if the product is under processing. Once the product is dispatched for delivery, we will process the refund after getting the product returned.
After delivery:
Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/intact condition to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.

This quality evaluation process takes maximum 7 business days depending on the refund method. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the quality evaluation.

FastPick express is a 3 hours delivery shipping method from Hellodeal. This is a guaranteed delivery from Hellodeal, Customer will have to choose FastPick Express at the time of checkout from the website or mobile app. The customer will get a BDT. 500 Hellodeal Voucher for every late delivery.

This facility is available only with selective Xiaomi smartphones, where customers will get 1 hour of guaranteed delivery within the coverage area. This is a guaranteed FREE delivery for Xiaomi customers.

Refund Claim Procedure:
- The customer has to create a ticket from his account selecting “Delayed Delivery”.
- Hellodeal Customer Support Team will check and investigate the complaint.
- If the complaint is valid, the Customer Support team will confirm the customer through the ticket and proceed with the refund.
- If the complaint is invalid then the Customer Support team will inform the customer through the ticket with the explanation.
- The refund will be done through Hellodeal voucher.
- The refund of the delivery charge may take 3-5 days.
Please NOTE your refund request might be canceled/ disqualified for the following reason:
- Customer phone was unreachable
- The delivery was rescheduled by the customer
- Delivery area is not within our coverage
Fastpick is our express delivery. Some of our products are available with Fastpick which we deliver only inside Dhaka metro area within the next working day after the order confirmation.

We do not have any pickup point. We provide home deliveries inside Dhaka metro through our own delivery riders and provide home delivery/pickup point delivery through courier service.
You have to make the payment first. Then delivery rider will allow you to unbox the product. You can check the product in front of the delivery rider.
Hellodeal doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.
We are providing delivery outside Dhaka through courier service. Currently, we are using RedX courier. They are providing home delivery within their coverage area. They provide pickup point delivery where their coverage is not available.
You will get the home delivery facility in the city areas. If it is an urban area then you need to collect the product from the pickup point. If courier service has coverage in your area they might try to deliver it to your nearest location.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect with Hellodeal.com directly enable you to shop in a way that suits you. You can collect most orders from Hellodeal.com Office, so you can pick the product directly from us after 1 hour of ordering( Saturday to Thursday) excluding public holidays, it’s a great option if you want your order quickly; however, we will keep your order at the collection point for 2 days if you can’t make it to the pick-up point right away.

- If you order by 4 pm (Saturday to Thursday) you can collect from our office in 1 hour same day (excluding public holidays) or on your chosen day. If you order after 4 pm on a Thursday, you can collect after 10 am in Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Return and Replacement
If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. You can still avail warranty if you have.
For pick-ups, we will make maximum 3 attempts at picking up the product. In an event where, after 3 attempts, you have failed to hand over the product to us, we will cancel your request for return, replacement, or refund.
The return of the products has to meet the conditions as per below according to the customer’s claim. Details terms must be there when you claim any particular complaint. Please keep it in mind that products need to check in front of the riders.
- Damage- When any customer claim product is damaged product does not needs to be in new condition or sealed. But the customer must need to provide us the product including warranty cards, manuals, tags, etc.).
- Defective (As per brand policy): If the customer is claiming the product is defective. The product does not need to be in new condition or sealed.
- Not as advertised- If the customer claimed that the product is not as advertised product needs to be in new condition and sealed. The product cannot be damaged too.
- Wrong item delivered- If we deliver any wrong item product needs to be intact and in sealed condition. The product seal should not be broken EXCEPT for an item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box or packaging only. The product cannot be damaged.
- Missing parts/items- If the customer claim any missing parts customer has to check it in front of the rider. The product has to be in new condition. If the product remains unsealed it will be accepted.
- Change of mind- In terms of change mind customers have to return the product in sealed condition. He/she cannot open the box or check the product.
- Signs of usage- If the customer claims the product is used, he has to return the product Completely. This claim has to be done in front of the rider.
- Doubts on the authenticity- If the customer has any complaint of authentication he must return the product including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.
Note: The customer must return the product including the warranty cards, manuals, and box. Without the box any customer can not claim the warranty.
Contact Customer Service at support@hellodeal.com or 09666745745 to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure, and arrange a pick-up. Please be prepared to give the following information when you call Customer Service:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- The original copy of the Customer Copy of the Invoice
- The method of the return/replacement that you would prefer and the necessary information associated.
- Where and when the product should be picked-up.
Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Control team. We will test whether the products fails to perform as you have claimed in your return form. We will also make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policy.
Hellodeal will keep the product in their warehouse for 3 months. In between Hellodeal will attempt to deliver the product or customers can collect the product from Hellodeal office. If any customer failed to receive the product within 3 months then Hellodeal will not be responsible for the product.
Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge inside Dhaka Metro City. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will refund your courier charge (Applicable only once for 3 days easy return policy).

- Complaint must be submitted within 3 calendar days after product delivery.
- In the event that your return does not meet the requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.
- The “No Returns” Category products can only be returned, within 3 calander days, if the product boxes are sealed and in new condition as it was delivered.
- It is mandatory to return the product with the product box. Without the box, we can not claim the warranty from the seller.
- If the product is physically damaged the warranty will get void.
Warranty Policy
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Cosmetic damages such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents.
- Consumable parts such as batteries, or accessories such as remote unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Lost of product package or box.
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Pickaboo.com.
- Damage to a product that has been modified or altered before submitting any complaint to Pickaboo.com.
- Modification or service by anyone other than warranted seller/brand/manufacturer.
- Failure or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, modification, power surges, improper maintenance, unsuitable physical or operating environment, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, natural disasters, or other acts of nature or external causes.

- Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.

Once Hellodeal’s personnel arrives to receive the product for servicing or to be exchanged, you will have to fill in the forms and write down the order number and details of the problem you are facing with your product on the given Servicing Form. We will run tests to check the condition of the product against your claim, if the product is found to have the claimed problems, we will send the product to the brand for servicing.
The ”Service Warranty” covers any material defects under normal usage during the warranty period. The following terms and conditions apply under the said warranty:
Any malfunctioning issues will be under the service warranty coverage at the payment of a Service Fee. if the problem is not caused by the user/customer. (For example – product malfunctioning issues or battery drainage issues or power supply issues will be covered under warranty)
Any accidental issues will void the service warranty. (For example – in case of mobile phones and tablets; broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update will not be covered under warranty)
The ”Parts Warranty” covers any damage under normal usage during the warranty period to any part of the product which carries a valid Parts Warranty.
The following terms and conditions apply under the said warranty:
Duration: The duration of the warranty period varies from product to product, and the details of the warranty will be mentioned with the accompanying warranty card.
However, as many products or its models go out of production after a certain period of time, the replacement of the part may take some time. Pickaboo’s Customer Service will communicate with the customer regarding the details.
Warranty Card: In order to avail the warranty facility, the customer must have the original warranty card and customer invoice copy. Otherwise, the Parts Warranty cannot be availed.
Note:
*** Parts Warranty does not cover any damages, failure, or defects to the product accessories such as batteries, remote, electrical adapter, etc.

- In the case of Mobile phones, Tablets, or Laptops; you must soft reset your device and have proper data backup before sending the device. Hellodeal shall not be liable for any data loss.
- You will have to ensure that the problem has been described in detail and elaborately in both the given Return and the Servicing Form and send the device along with the form.
Note:
*** You must have the original Customer Copy of your invoice at the time of filling in the forms, as it will be needed to fill in the forms and authenticate your purchase.
- Before the product undergoes any Servicing process, the Customer must pay the Servicing Fee in full. If the free is not paid, the Servicing Process cannot begin.
- Hellodeal.com will run a Quality Control test to ensure the validity of the product complaint. If the complaint or issues are found to be valid, then Hellodeal will take appropriate measures to rectify the issue complained about. Hellodeal may also send the product to their authorized seller, for an expert opinion.
- The servicing process may take 7-30 working days, depending on the product type.
- If any additional parts are required to fully ensure the functionality of the product, then you (the customer) will have to bear the cost in advance through bKash/Cash, once contacted by Pickaboo. Unless it falls within the duration of the Parts Warranty.
- If your product is non-functional on arrival or is otherwise eligible for return and replacement, you can call Pickaboo.com at +880 9666-745745 within 3 calendar days of delivery to avail a return or replacement (subject to certain terms and conditions).
- In an event, where more than 3 calendar days have passed after product delivery, you will no longer be able to claim a return or replacement of your purchased product. However, if the product has a warranty, it will be included within the packaging and can be used to claim the product warranty. All you need to do is make a call to our customer service to claim warranty service. Hellodeal will arrange a pick-up of the product from you, FREE of cost, however, there will be shipping charge when we deliver the service product.
If you live outside Dhaka, you can send your product via Courier Service. After receiving your product, it will take 7-30 working days, depending on the product and its category, to ensure the servicing of your product and its delivery back to you.
In the case of “Official Warranty” – Brand Warranty & International Warranty, customers are requested to communicate with the brand or the internationally authorized Customer Service Point to avail after sales service. You can also directly communicate with Hellodeal customer support. We will ensure the collection of your product and safely contact the Brand on behalf of you, for availing of your service warranty. Once your product has been serviced successfully, from the specific brand authorized service providers, we will deliver back the product to you, FREE of cost.
Note:
*** In the case of International Warranty, the Warranty is usually automatically activated for some brands. However, in an event where the particular brand does not activate the Warranty automatically, the customer must have the warranty card provided with the product itself in the sealed package, in order to avail the warranty in any other country where the product has internationally authorized Customer Service Point. If the warranty card is not with the customer at the time of seeking warranty the customer will not be able to avail the International Warranty in any other country.

The used products accepted under the Temp service are Mobiles and Smartphones bought from Hellodeal.
We do not accept such devices (if the battery of the device is dead and it turns on when connected to a charger) under the Temp services.
- The Mobile you are returning must be in workable condition.
- You must have the original Customer Invoice for purchase at Hellodeal.
- The product must have a valid Warranty period.
- The display/screen of the Used Mobile should be intact, that is without any scratches, cracks, discoloration, spots, lines, dead pixels, or any other damage of any manner.
- You must remove any scratch-guard, screen-guard, tempered-glass, back case, or other protective covering applied to the screen of the Used Mobile device.
- The Used Mobile should match the claims made on the form while requesting for the Temp Service. The claims will be cross-checked and validated by Hellodeal’s personnel.
Temp is an exclusive service that allows you to have access to a replacement/temporary phone while we fix your old one.
Hellodeal will ensure that the customer receives a phone similar to their own, to be used while their phone is with us/service center for servicing purposes. Whether it is a feature phone, a mid-range phone, or any other smartphone, we guarantee your needs and priorities will not be compromised. Currently, we are only offering this exclusive service for only phones but soon all electronic appliances will also have the same service.
This service is open to all who have purchased any phone from Hellodeal, subject to the following Terms and Conditions below:
- All customers of Hellodeal, new and existing are eligible to avail and enjoy the Temp service, as long as they have bought their Mobile/Smartphone from Hellodeal.
- Temp services are currently available only to customers residing in Dhaka City.
- The Phone must be within their Warranty Period.
- Hellodeal reserves the right not to accept to reject phones that are broken, water damaged, tampered with, or any other alterations made to the original phone. All Used Mobile phones must be in workable condition i.e. Phones not powering on will be accepted by Hellodeal as it is not externally damaged.
- In an event where Hellodeal accepts any Used Mobile Phone which is water damaged, has a broken screen, or is not powering on then the customer must pay an advance deposit amounting to BDT 5000 up to 20,000 depending on the replacement Phone provided from Temp. The deposit amount will be refunded back to the customer, at the time of delivery once the Used Mobile is serviced by Temp.
- The Phone must be in working condition.
- The display/screen of the Used Mobile should be intact, that is without any scratches, cracks, discoloration, spots, lines, dead pixels, or any other damage of any manner.
- You must remove any scratch-guard, screen-guard, tempered-glass, back case, or other protective covering applied to the screen of the Used Mobile device.
- The TEMP services must be initiated by calling Hellodeal Customer Care Services at +8809666745745.
- Hellodeal will not repair any defective phone or any part thereof
- caused by undue wear and tear; or
- due to negligence, omission, or mishandling of the mobile phone; or
- due to alteration or repair made without the authorization of Hellodeal or authorized service centers; or
- if the SIM lock has already been altered or tampered with by other unauthorized people; or
- If the Customer fails to provide the invoice for the purchase of the mobile phone.
- During the provision of the replacement device, the customer is considered the holder and is liable for any damage caused to the replacement phone
- During the provision of the replacement phone, the customer is also liable for any damage, loss, or destruction of the replacement phone, whatever the cause of the damage, except if such damage, loss, or destruction is attributable to a fault by Hellodeal.
- Hellodeal will not take any responsibility for the Replacement Phone if it is damaged, broken, or altered in any way other than the original condition it was at the time of being received by the customer.
- If any damage, harm, or alterations are found on the Replacement Phone at the time of Customers Phone delivery, the Customer will have to pay damages to Hellodeal as deemed reasonable by the company, damages may be up to 80% price of the replacement device
- By availing the Temp services, the customer shall be deemed to have read all the Terms and Conditions contained herein and accepted them.
- Once Hellodeal personnel arrives to pick up the phone to be serviced, the customer must sign a form acknowledging that s/he has received a Replacement Phone for the duration their Phone is in service. S/he will also have agreed not to damage, break, harm, or alter the Replacement Phone in any way or form.
- Once the Customer’s Phone has been serviced, Hellodeal’s personnel will deliver the Phone to his/her home and retrieve the Replacement Phone for which the Customer must also sign a release form acknowledging the exchange and accepting it.
- Hellodeal Temp services are free of delivery costs. There will be no Pick-Up or Delivery fee charged from the Customer.
- Hellodeal can change the hereinabove Terms and Conditions at any time without giving any prior notice.
Temp services are currently only available for customers residing within Dhaka city on selected products in the following categories: Smartphones / Mobiles.
You must delete all the data on your device and sign out of your iCloud (iOS) / Google (Android) accounts, social media accounts, bank account access, or any other personal access. In addition, any lock code or password must also be removed prior to releasing the Used Mobile before handing it over to the Hellodeal Personnel. Hellodeal, the seller, the buyback partner, the future buyer, or the manufacturer will not be responsible for any data that may be retained on the used product, and you cannot approach any of the above parties for any retrieval or deletion of the data from your used product.
NOTE: If you fail to successfully sign out of all/any accounts as enumerated above, Hellodeal shall not take any responsibility to act on your behalf or be responsible for any unauthorized activity (if any).
No, you can request only one used product.
No, once the order is placed, you can only service the used product that was described at the time of placing the order. The Temp replacement phone’s value is applied based on the details of the used product that were entered by you. If the details entered do not match the used product that is handed over for replacement at the time of delivery, the order and delivery of the new product will be canceled.
Hellodeal provides cost-free delivery for Temp services where Hellodeal’s personnel will pick up the used product with a temporary replacement Phone, from your preferred address, and deliver the same when your used phone is serviced. This service is subjected to the used product matching with the details and conditions entered at the time of placing the request for Temp.
It is preferred that you provide your used product with all original accessories and packaging. However, it is not mandatory. You may avail the Temp Services without the original accessories and packaging, provided your used product meets all the other above requirements.
Once your used mobile has been picked up from you, the Temp process may take about 7-10 working days depending on the brand of the used phone. Upon completion of the service, Pickaboo shall contact the customer and deliver the used Phone at their desired premises and retrieve the temporary replacement phone.

About Our Exchange Service
The Phone Exchange Service by Pickaboo gives you the chance to exchange your old and used phone for a new one of the same category. Basically, you can exchange your used mobile phone to purchase a newer and a better one from Pickaboo.com at a discounted price. The discount on the purchase of the new Phone is subject to valuation of your used Phone as determined by our buyback partners and is fully funded by our buyback partners.
Exchange Service is currently available only for Smartphones
To enjoy the Exchange Services, the customer is required to visit Pickaboo’s premises at House 10, Road 12, Block F, Niketan, Gulshan 1, Dhaka – 1212, Bangladesh. They must bring their Used Phone for a final valuation process in order to determine its value and category.
Purchases made as part of the Phone Exchange Service will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
- This Exchange Service (“Service”) is valid until stocks last, till the Service expires, whichever is earlier.
- Eligibility to apply for the Exchange Service:
- You will need to provide proof of purchase/ownership in this regard, to apply for Exchange Service. Either the Purchase invoice, the original packaging, accessories or box must be provided.
- National Identity Card (NID) copy and passport size photo will be required.
- The new purchase cannot be a phone of a lower Valuation than the Used Phone to be exchanged.
- Successfully submit a completed Purchase/Exchange Form with the following information:

- Model, Brand Name and IMEI of the Used Phone
- Signature

- Photo (Passport size)

- By agreeing to avail the benefits under the Service, you hereby represent, warrant and covenant that:
- You are the sole, absolute and lawful owner and/or user of the Phone being returned (“Used Phone“);
- The Used Phone along with all accessories, wherever applicable, under the Service is genuine and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc.
- The details of the Used Phone, including its condition, are as stated at the time of availing the Service; and
- The Used Phone must be in working condition, and the display / screen of the Used Phone should be intact, that is without any scratches, cracks, discoloration, spots, lines, dead pixels, or any other damage of any manner. You must remove any scratch-guard, screen-guard, tempered-glass, or other protective covering applied to the screen of the Used Phone.
- The used phone should not be damaged, broken, or otherwise tampered with. The used phone should match the details entered while placing the order (with Exchange) and will be validated by Pickaboo’s personnel.
- The Used Phone must not be repaired or serviced prior to applying for the Service.
- You must delete all the data on your device and sign out of your iCloud (iOS) / Google (Android) accounts, social media accounts, bank account access or any other personal access. In addition, any lock code or password must also be removed prior to releasing the Used Mobile. Before handing it over to the Pickaboo Personnel. Pickaboo, the seller, the buyback partner, the future buyer or the manufacturer will not be responsible for any data that may be retained on the used Phone, and you cannot approach any of the above parties for any retrieval or deletion of the data from your used Phone.
Note:

- The battery of the phone for exchange must not be dead or non-functional. In other words, the device should turn on and operate even when the charger is disconnected.
- You further confirm that:
- All the data in the Used Phone (if any and wherever applicable) will be erased before being exchanged under the Service; and
- In spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data still accessible due to any reason, Pickaboo or its affiliates, the future buyer, or the manufacturer shall not be responsible for the same and you will not approach any of the above parties for any retrieval or deletion of the data
- You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Pickaboo and its affiliates, applicable seller, the buyback partner, and any future purchaser of the Used Phone against all or any third party claims, demand, cost, expenses including attorney fees which may be suffered, incurred, undergone and/or sustained by Pickaboo, its affiliates, applicable seller, the buyback partner or any future purchaser due to:
Usage of the Used Phone by you;
- Data on the Used Phone, if any;
- Return of a different Phone or if the Used Phone does not meet the conditions prescribed herein or if the condition of the Used Phone is different from the condition specified at the time of availing the Service; and
- Any breach of these Service terms and conditions.
- You understand that the new Phone delivery and the Used Phone pickup will happen simultaneously (hand in hand) and you shall keep the Used Phone ready to be given for exchange. In the event you refuse to provide the Used Phone at the time of delivery of the new Phone or if it is determined at the time of delivery that the Used Phone is different or does not conform to the conditions specified, you agree that the transaction and the Service availed by you may be cancelled.
- You hereby give your consent that your personal information that you have provided in connection with this Service might be processed, transferred and retained by the seller, the buyback partner, and other entities involved in managing and administration of the Service.
- In the case of the Used Phone, you acknowledge that checks and diagnostics may need to be performed to check the condition of the Used Phone and determine your eligibility to avail additional features under the Service, such as greater value for the Used Phone. Accordingly, if you elect to avail such additional features:
- You understand that once the Used Phone is sent for exchange under the Service, under no circumstance can the Used Phone be returned back to you. In the event you return the new device purchased under the Service, the Used Phone will not be returned to you.
- You agree not to bring any claim against Pickaboo and its affiliates, applicable seller, the buyback partner, and any future purchaser of the Used Phone in relation to the adequacy of the value (if any) of the Used Phone provided as part of the Service. In the event you do not agree with the value provided to you for your Used Phone, you agree not to avail the Service.
- You acknowledge and agree that Pickaboo shall be neither liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of sellers or the buyback partners in relation to the Service or its benefits.
